Buffalo Chicken Soup

Ever since college, when I was first introduced to buffalo chicken dip (oh my yum!), I’ve pretty much loved every combination of the two. It can be hard to find buffalo chicken recipes that are healthy and still taste like the real deal. When this recipe for 30 minute buffalo chicken soup reached my email inbox I couldn’t have been more excited. A healthy version of one of my favorite appetizers? Yes please!
The soup honestly is so easy and quick to make that it’s one I can turn to after a long day when I don’t feel like spending endless time in the kitchen to create a great meal. It’s bound to be a hit with the guys too 🙂 

{side note: on the next go around I plan on adding chopped celery for an added texture}
