It’s long overdue for me to post a juice recipe, but despite the delay I’m sharing one of my favorites with yall today. In the beginning I honestly had no idea where to even start with juicing. A million questions went through my mind: which vegetables are best, which ones should you avoid, should you peel that fruit/veggie, how do you make a drinkable and tasty combination, etc.
I’ve learned along the way that it’s just like any recipe, a guessing game that includes trial runs and experiments. A glass of fresh juice in the morning wakes me up faster than a cup of coffee and doesn’t leave me with a slump a few hours later.
