One of my favorite parts of Instagram is discovering new talent. It’s even better when they’re local to the southeast or in Atlanta. That’s exactly how I discovered the wildly talented Renee Bouchon. Her abstract art pieces are beautifully crafted and seamlessly fit into all kinds of spaces. It wasn’t until around a year ago that I started getting more and more into art, and now it’s one of my favorite things to purchase (and save up for!) for our house. I love the way a great piece of artwork elevates a room.

I adore Howard Behrens. He does these incredibly vibrant paintings, typically of the Mediterranean (a corner of the world I am IN LOVE with). I have one of his paintings hanging in my bedroom! 🙂
