Bell sleeves are everywhere and it’s quickly become one of my favorite trends for fall. This Zara bell sleeve dress actually has built in shorts underneath and is seriously so comfortable to wear! I wore this for a day of wine tasting in Napa and got stopped multiple times about this dress. Bonus? It’s only $40!
