For anyone that’s traveled with kids, you know it’s never easy! We grew up going to the panhandle of Florida and last year started making the 8 hr drive from Charleston to 30A with our two girls. When it comes to road trips, especially long ones, I make sure to have a mix of items to keep the girls occupied and content while in the car. For this year’s trip I took advantage of our Walmart+ membership and headed to the site to stock up our road trip essentials.

The main membership benefits I love are: free delivery from store with only $35 minimum (restrictions apply), save 5¢ per gallon at Walmart & Murphy stations, mobile scan & go and free shipping, no order minimum required  (make sure to select W+ eligible products- excludes freight & Marketplace items).

Favorites for Olivia’s age (3+) are:
sticker puzzles
hidden pictures
Melissa & Doug Stickers
Polly Pockets

Favorites for Elle’s age (almost 2) are:
her age is a little trickier, but the below were all hits with her and Olivia!
Melissa and Doug water wow
fidget poppers
peppa pig figurines
puffy stickers (brought plain paper for her to stick them on)

We try to alternate ipad time with coloring, toys and books, so while that’s not listed above, it’s definitely traveling with us! 🙂 This playdough set is also great to throw in the car and pull out when you get to your end destination.

As a mom you have enough on your plate before a trip (the mile long to do list, packing for yourself + the kids, getting pets taken care of, etc), so saving time by having what you need delivered to your house is a great way to make your job a little bit easier!

thank you to Walmart for partnering on today’s post!
