If you want a simple dish that’s sure to win a crowd, this is it. Stir the 5 ingredients in a bowl, bake and voila!

Easy Corn Casserole

  • 1 8 oz box jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 15 oz can corn drained
  • 1 15 oz can creamed style corn
  • 1/2 cup butter 1 stick, melted
  • 1 cup sour cream also can use greek yogurt

Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with non-stick spray
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine all 5 ingredients and stir to evenly combine
  3. Pour into 8x8 baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes
