Taco Ranch Chicken Chili
  • 316 oz can great northern beansdo not drain
  • 110 oz can roteldo not drain
  • 1packet taco seasoning
  • 1packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 lb chickenboneless and skinless
  1. Place chicken in the crockpot (I always put mine in frozen) and top with beans, rotel and seasoning packets.
  2. Stir to combine and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  3. When done cooking, stir to shred the chicken. Serve and top with avocado, cheese, sour cream (plain greek yogurt makes the perfect substitute) and fresh cilantro.
