I’m so excited to have one of my best friend’s in town for the weekend and when she mentioned wanting to cook on Friday night I couldn’t wait to choose a recipe. We decided on a light summer dish that we used to cook in college, green beans with chicken and crumbled feta. Tossed with olive oil, avocado and tomato it’s the perfect dish to welcome the change of the seasons.

The crisp chardonnay went perfect with Friday’s dinner and the pinot noir we’re saving for Saturday night.
