Another week has flown by and we’re almost at the end of April. Two more weeks and we’ll be greeting May and all the flowers it promises to bring with it. The weather in Charleston seems to have skipped right over spring and come straight to summer.
Our days have consistently been in the high 70s, but I’m not complaining. I can’t get enough of the warm weather and the ability to leave my jacket at home and store those tights away until next winter. See ya scarves and helloooo bathing suits and sundresses.
This weekend some good friends are coming in town and I can’t wait to spend some quality friend time and adventure around the city. Maybe one of the walking ghosts tours will make our agenda…
Here are a few things making my Friday extra special:

[peonies in the perfect shade of pink]
[Spring themed desserts]
[a quaint cottage with lots of vines and foliage]
[hints of sequins]
[colorful boats]

What’re your plans for the next weekend?
Hope they’re wonderful and fun-filled!

hey girl! thanks for the comment and stopping by my page :). I too am excited for the weather. Today we hit a high 80 in southern california and that has been a rare thing this past two years! So I was excited. I love summertime. BUT it also reminds me of all the unnecessary eating I did over winter and fall and last years cold wintery spring. haha. But nevertheless I hope it is hear to stay. I’m officially following!
