Why is it that weekends packed with fun events seem to take forever to finally reach? This week’s Friday Five is focused on packing for a weekend trip to NYC. After spending two summers interning in the big apple, I can’t wait to get back into the groove of things (at least for the my brief visit!) and dive into the fast-paced atmosphere of the city.
I’m looking forward to catching up with old friends, trying new restaurants, shopping and getting lost in the excitement of Manhattan that never fails to greet me.
Here are the five packing things that have me counting the minutes until takeoff…
[tops in shades of purple and a basic white]
[bandage skirts from swank]
[a favorite pair of heels begging to be worn]
[accessories making the trip]
[a splash of gold to take me from day to night]
