Growing up southern I’ve always been a fan of pretty much any fruit cobbler. Especially ones topped with vanilla bean ice cream. My mom recently shared with me a super easy peach cobbler recipe that she made over the Memorial Day weekend and I couldn’t wait to whip it up this week when we had friends over for  dinner.
I bet it tastes wonderful with just about any fruit. Next up to try- strawberries and/or blueberries!
4 Ingredient Peach Cobbler
ingredients:
1 large and 1 small can of canned peaches (with syrup)
1 box of yellow cake mix
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick of butter, cut into very small pieces
directions:
In a 13×9 pan spread the canned peaches. Next, empty the cake mix on top and press down onto the peaches. Then take the butter pieces and place on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon (to taste- I added more than the recipe called for) and bake in the over at 375 for 45 mins.
Top with ice cream and enjoy 🙂
