Disclaimer: I know this isn’t the prettiest picture, but I promise these brussels sprouts are a game changer.

Over the past year brussels sprouts have quickly become one of my favorite vegetables. If you would’ve asked me even two years ago if I would ever eat them, it would’ve been an easy no.

Most of the time I serve them cooked with a little bit of olive oil on a stovetop and drizzle balsamic over them and call it a day. There are endless recipes around Pinterest that I can’t wait to try, but this is hands down one of my very favorites.

If you’re not a current brussels lover give these a try and see if they can change your mind.

Baked Brussels Sprouts

ingredients:
brussels sprouts (they’re normally packaged in a small bag)
olive oil
sea salt
pepper
minced garlic

directions:
[ready for the easiest vegetable dish ever?]

Wash the sprouts and then cut in half vertically. Throw the bottom part away along with a few leaves that will fall off on their own. Toss the sprouts with a little bit of olive oil, sea salt, pepper and minced garlic.

Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

Let cool and enjoy the crispy, flavorful bite of brussels sprouts “fries”

Enjoy!

xx

I am a very picky eater but I have been reading about brussel sprouts a lot lately! I love “crispy, crunchy” veggies so I might need to try these!

I have just, a couple of month ago, discovered how freaking amazing brussels sprouts are! And now I’m obsessed, haha, it’s crazy! I sometimes eat a whole bowl of just brussels sprouts for lunch 😛
