Happy Friday chickadees!
My bags are packed for a weekend of house hunting in Charleston, SC.
(see: huge grin on my face)

My excitement for my parents is through the roof and I can’t wait for them to call the holy city home. Monthly visits are already in my schedule and Sullivan’s Island is calling my name.
Have the mimosas ready friends!

The next few weeks are packed with travels, two weddings and lots of celebrating so I’m focusing on soaking up as much of it all as I can. I often feel like I’m wishing time would go by faster, when it’s already flying by. I get so excited for the next exciting event that I forget to enjoy the current moment.

Slowing down is something that I’m working on. I just haven’t quite mastered it yet.
Until then, here’s a glimpse at the little, everyday things bringing me joy…

[warm weather perfume]
[ a small bowl for holding jewelry]
[ finally getting an iphone backup battery]
[ floral patterns]
[lace detailing]

I need one of those back up batteries! I took your advice on the Soy Bali Sunrise Candle. I had to go to 3 Targets before I could find it, but you are right, it was worth it! Sounds like a fabulous weekend!
