Another Monday back at it, but I’m still on a celebration high over here.
This past weekend was so wonderful. My family and friends couldn’t have made me feel more loved on my birthday and I’m constantly reminded what amazing people are around me. Thank for you all the texts, phone calls, snapchats, instagrams, comments etc. Yall truly know how to make a girl feel special.
We started the weekend off at one of my favorite restaurants, Slightly North of Broad, which I can’t recommend enough if you’re ever in Charleston (get the roasted duck; it’s insanely delicious). I snagged this fun maxi skirt from Show Me Your MuMu and couldn’t wait to wear it. The full skirt makes you want to twirl and you can’t help but feel like a lady.
Saturday consisted of a mother/daughter manicure, shopping and ending the day with friends and my younger brother at Taco Boy and the rooftop of Stars. I’m convinced that every city needs more rooftop bars.
Sunday we finally saw gorgeous skies during the day and we hightailed it to the beach. It was a perfect weekend to kick off a whole new year. The fun continues tonight in Atlanta with my best friends!
