Ingredients

flank steak

cornstarch

olive oil

garlic
minced

soy sauce
3/4
cup
water
3/4
cup
brown sugar
(I used less)

carrots
grated
green onions
chopped, optional
Instructions
Slice the flank steak into thin strips and toss in a small bowl with the cornstarch to evenly coat.
In a crockpot, combine the olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, water, brown sugar and carrots. Stir to mix.
Place the sliced flank steak in the crockpot and stir around to make sure the meat is covered with the sauce.
Cook on high for 2-3 hours, or low for 4-5 hours (I always recommend low)
Serve over brown rice and topped with green onions.
