Easy Corn Casserole
Ingredients
  • 18 oz box jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 15 oz can corndrained
  • 115 oz can creamed style corn
  • 1/2cup butter1 stick, melted
  • 1cup sour creamalso can use greek yogurt
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8×8 baking dish with non-stick spray
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine all 5 ingredients and stir to evenly combine
  3. Pour into 8×8 baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes
