Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, soy sauce/coconut aminos, sesame oil, red pepper flakes and ginger. Set aside
In a large skillet, heat the coconut oil and cook the minced garlic over medium heat for 1 minute. Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned
Once cooked, drain the excess fat. Stir the brown sugar/soy sauce mixture into the pan and stir to evenly combine. Simmer for a few minutes on low.
Serve over cooked brown rice and topped with green onions and sesame seeds.
