Oversized sweater outfit

Another October week down. I can’t believe next weekend’s Halloween! Our decor around the house is definitely more on the fall, than Halloween side. Brian’s been working non-stop and we haven’t even picked up a pumpkin yet… looks like I know what we’re doing tomorrow. A few years ago one of Brian and I’s first dates was actually carving pumpkins with a group of his medical school friends, so this time of year always takes me back to the good ol’ days. I keep my carving skills simple. His friends that were heading to become surgeons looked like they carved the next Michelangelo.

We finally got some pumpkins last weekend. I wish we could have a redo of October! It’s my favorite month, but we have been too busy to enjoy it. That v neck sweater looks dreamy, and I am all about drugstore beauty finds. Have a great weekend Ashley!

Love that Free People sweater!!! I’m really short so I have the complete opposite problems of tall people. That article is funny though. There are some great products on that drugstore list too. Thank you for sharing and I hope that you have a wonderful weekend. I also hope that you and Brian get to carve a pumpkin!! 🙂

At barely 5ft3 I can’t identify with any of the tall girl list – but I do know the struggle of needing literally everything hemmed because there is always way too much extra fabric at the bottom…dragging on the ground haha! 😉

    Love those Instagram tips!! xx

And then when you add kiddos to the mix, suddenly expectations for pumpkin carving are higher than ever and you find yourself decorating with paint and glitter instead… or at least that’s where I’m at!
