When you have a few days filled with rain and clouds it makes the day when you wakeup to bright sunlight streaming in your window that much more wonderful. While I’ll be the first to admit that we desperately needed the rain (my poor herbs were suffering), I was ecstatic when the end of the week brought a different approach. This weekend I’m looking forward to celebrating a good friend’s birthday,
time spent outside and a wonderful dinner at one of my favorite restaurants, Poogan’s Porch.

The wooden accent is my favorite. What a fun blend of two totally different things (technology)and vintage wood craft.
