What a wonderful first week of 2012 the past one has been. Each day seemed to hold more promise than the previous, and I feel like the days were filled with joy, even if no big events occurred. This week seemed to fly by and I feel like Friday completely snuck up on me. I’ve spent the past few days getting back into my daily routine, cooking and enjoying time spent in great company. For me the weekend holds relaxation, packing for an upcoming ski trip to Utah and ending with an evening in Atlanta. It’s been the little things this week that have kept me constantly smiling….

Such a fun idea to use your candle holder for your makeup brushes — I love it! And the orange dinnerware is fab.
