Besides loving the month of September for the obvious reasons of football, fall temperatures and pumpkin spice latte’s, it’s also national yoga month.
I’ve shared some yoga favorites here, but can’t express how amazing practicing yoga feels. It may sound cheesy and maybe you’re still apprehensive of giving it a shot, but what better time than now? Over 2,000 studios around the US are participating in national yoga month and giving free week passes. FREE ladies and gentlemen!
While my personal choice is hot yoga, there are numerous different types of yoga that may be the perfect fit for you.
Give it a shot and see where it takes you.

This is so fun! I’ve always been decent at yoga (background as a gymnast) but I find that I just don’t have the patience for it — I admire people who do!

I have never before tried hot yoga; but I’m definitely going to be searching for a class in my area – it sounds awesome! 🙂
