This week seemed to go by in the blink of an eye and included weather all over the spectrum. In St. Louis we walked out of a friend’s house and were greeted with huge snowflakes; an unexpected treat that Brian and I loved getting to see. We don’t get nearly enough snow down south so we still appreciate the wintery mix. Fast forward 12 hours and people are running in shorts and tank tops. Either way I’m ready for spring and hoping warm weather is right around the corner.
This weekend I’m looking forward to celebrating one of my close friends Gina and her fiance at a stock the bar party. It seems that every weekend these next few months is filled with a party celebrating engagements and I’m loving every minute of it. It’s such an exciting time for my group of friends and I’m so blessed to be a part of the joy and love.
Through the 4:30 AM wake up calls, late nights and hectic work schedule, these are the little things bringing me unexpected happiness this week….
[lunch breaks with a peanut butter and jelly protein smoothie]
[early morning flight essentials]
[unexpected snowy evenings]
[a favorite new red wine]
