I’m a total smoothie addict. They’re great for busy mornings when you’re on the go, post workout snacks or for lunch I’ll toss a scoop of protein powder and add spinach to the mix. To me this smoothie tastes like summer. It’s refreshing, fruity and hits the spot every time. If you’re a pb+j lover be sure to checkout my other go-to smoothie here.

I need to start my mornings off with smoothies. I think it will keep me fuller longer! Do you ripe bananas? Or do you wait for them to get a little brown before freezing? Brown spots make them sweeter I believe.
I make smoothies very similar but have never thought of putting oats in it! I do put flax seed in them though. And a big handful of spinach. I’d rather drink my greens than eat them!
I have been on a total smoothie kick lately, too. I’ll have to try this recipe soon!
Yum, this sounds delicious! Can’t wait to give it a try!
