Simple, ready to go meals are what I’m all about this summer. On your next stir fry craving, instead of ordering takeout whip up this super easy recipe in under 30 minutes. It’s also the perfect dish for one if you’re riding solo for dinner. You could easily substitute the chicken for tofu or shrimp depending on your diet and preference. I’ve been looking for a go to stir fry recipe and this one fits the bill perfectly!
30 Minute Vegetable Stir Fry
via beauty still remains
ingredients:
Stir fry sauce
Soy Sauce
Minute Rice
1 piece of chicken per person
Bag of steamable vegetables, asian mix
Sesame Seeds
directions:
Cut the chicken up into bite sized pieces and place in a bowl with soy sauce. Cook the steamable vegetables according to package directions. Place the chicken into a hot wok or skillet with a small amount of olive oil (don’t include the soy sauce marinade). Cook the chicken until done and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Once the vegetables are done, place the bag of rice in the microwave and cook according to directions. Add the vegetables to the chicken and add stir fry sauce to your liking. Place the rice in a bowl and top with vegetables and chicken. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy!
