If asked to choose one alcoholic beverage to enjoy, a extra spicy jalapeño margarita would be it hands down. Brian’s been making these for us the past few years and they’re always a crowd pleaser! Super easy to make and adjust for varying levels of spiciness.
ingredients:
1.5 oz silver tequila (espolon or casamigos)
1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 oz triple sec
squeeze of agave
jalapeno slices, to taste
1/2 oz grand mariner
salt
directions:
Combine tequila, lime juice, gaze, triple sec and jalapeno slices in a large shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Pour into salted rimmed glass. Add grand mariner topper and any additional jalapeño slices. Enjoy!
