When it comes to Easter baskets I like to try and mix fun with useful and practical. I’ll fill a few eggs with some candy and toss in a sweet treat, but for the most part I aim to fill the basket with things we’d be buying them anyways and activities that go with spring and warm weather. I always put a bathing suit in their and these rash guard one pieces are my favorite for the girls. For the swimmers, it doesn’t get more fun and girly than these sprinkle goggles.
Bubbles, a chalk set and gardening tools are big hits for us and perfect for outside playtime. Throw in a favorite pair of pink or flower sunglasses, a personalized hat and new summer shoes. Elle is getting these precious pink gingham Cienta’s (‘atgreenwell20’ will save you 20% off your total order) and these french blue Mary Jane’s I ended up giving to Olivia early for school. These are some of our favorite toddler shoes that last and always look adorable. Elle is now wearing all of Olivia’s smaller pairs!
For fun little trinkets I like to include things like our favorite bubble bath, a pair of pajamas, bike streamers and a set of bracelets. A book is of course always included! Olivia is getting this precious Betty Confetti book and Elle loves any lift the flap book, so this Egg Hunt book she will love. These Jellycat books and the small stuffed animals are Elle’s absolute favorites and perfect for tiny hands. They’ve become go-to baby gifts as well!
