Over the 10 years (!!) of having this blog, I’ve been able to connect with incredible small brands to learn more about their story and social impact. Rihla is new to the scene and creates the most beautiful silhouettes with fabric sourced from India. They choose to partner with farms that follow strict organic farming practices and therefore a more sustainable product.
One of my favorite components of Rihla is their commitment to their weavers and preserving traditional weaving techniques. I love supporting brands that choose to amplify women around the world and empower them through fair wages, social responsibility and ethical business practices.
I love a mini dress moment and the Thea dress feels like a fresh spin on a timeless favorite. The pockets are hand embroidered in a Kantha style and the oversized elbow length sleeves are so comfortable. The dress is also lined so you don’t have to worry about it being see through, but if you wanted to layer it these culotte pants are a fun option!
