I’ve been falling behind on posting my weekly menu ahead of time! I’ve tried sharing each night on instagram stories, with a link to the recipes, but I know it’s always helpful to see a week in a glance for planning purposes. The weeks that I don’t plan our menu are the ones that have me feeling stressed at the end of the day and making multiple trips to the grocery store a week; not something I want to be doing!
I’m coming back into town from traveling on Wednesday, so it’s always nice to easy, frozen options from Trader Joe’s on hand for backup. Their Mandarin orange chicken paired with crispy broccoli and frozen organic brown rice makes for a quick 30 min option when you don’t feel like cooking. We all have those nights!
