Weekly Dinner menu

Happy Sunday! For the week ahead I went with a mix of flavors and proteins —  from a vegetable based Sunday soup (I always love doing a veggie forward dish to end the weekend) to a hearty lamb bolognese on Thursday evening. I finally started ordering our groceries online for store pickup and all I have to say is what took me so long?? This little shift has been such a time saver during my week and doesn’t lead to nearly as many impulse purchases as when I’m strolling through the aisles on my own or with the girls.

sunday:
white bean vegetable soup

monday:
one pot greek chicken and orzo
( add the mushrooms & sun-dried tomatoes – it’s fantastic!)

tuesday:
crockpot chicken tikki masala
serving with Trader Joe’s Naan bread

wednesday:
baked salmon with avocado and feta

thursday:
weeknight lamb bolognese
defined dish cookbook

this healthy baked oatmeal is a regular in our household. I make on Sunday’s and reheat throughout the week for a quick and easy breakfast
for a sweet treat during the week these healthier twix bars are SO good! We keep them in the fridge and they’re delicious cold
