This past week has had me running around with what seems like an endless to-do list and all while fighting this back-to-summer-heat Atlanta is having. Isn’t fall supposed to be right around the corner…? We’re throwing one of my best friends a bridal shower on Saturday and finishing up all the little details. There’s something so fun about planning a girly party. Think bite sized treats and lots of fresh flowers. I’ve been traveling and out of the Pure Barre/Yoga scene, so it feels great to get back in the swing of things and sweat in’ it out.

+ After years of neglect in college, I’ve made a big change in wearing sunscreen on my face daily. This video does a great job showcasing just how much sun protection helps.
+ With fresh figs on super sale in grocery stores, now is the perfect time to test out this recipe. Anything that has prosciutto in it, consider me a fan.
+ I just got some pieces in from Goodnight Macaroon (first time buyer here!) and was so impressed. Expect to see this and this styled on T&T soon!
