It’s been a hot minute since I’ve shared an appetizer recipe so I’m back with the perfect, refreshing bite for the end of summer. When you’re at a party with lots of heavy apps, this is a great way to keep things light and tasty. Watermelon, feta and basil (or mint) are a unique combination, but one that’s suprisingly delicious.
