I’m putting a hold on the healthy meals this week and sharing the recipe for these brownie cookie dough bars. Oh my gosh, these bars are the best of both worlds and so simple to make. You could always use the brownie mix sold in stores, but it’s so easy to make your own. They’re an indulgent treat, but what’s life without a little balance?
