couscous dish

A dish that combines prosciutto, fresh asparagus and crimini mushrooms that’re all tossed in couscous? Sign me up. This  recipe is perfect for lunch throughout the week or to bring to a party. I loved how all the flavors came together, yet it wasn’t a heavy dish. Pair this with a crisp glass of white wine and you’re good to go!

Yum! Bet this would be good cold, too. I can’t quite commit to Proscuitto but I bet even chicken would be good in this dish.
