New York

The first full week of November in the books. I feel like every year around the holidays is just a blur and next thing you know it’s New Year’s Day. I’m going to work on really savoring the holidays this year since so many exciting things are happening (two weddings!), there’s lots of travel and wedding planning details to continue to iron out. The weather in Charleston this week has been fall perfection with days in the high 70’s. Welcome to the fall/winter in the south! My family and I are headed up to New York City this weekend for work and hoping to squeeze in some fun time around the city!

favorite links from around the web…

+ These loafers are speaking to me —  these or these (have to track them down!) need to come home with me.

+ A helpful Thanksgiving chart

+ Such a wonderful reminder to love your body and never take it too seriously. You gotta love what kids say! ha

+ Two videos in a row, but this was too funny not to share. Jimmy Fallon and Kevin Spacey are hysterical.

+ This recipe must be made asap. YUM

Happy happy weekend friends!

I am so jealous of your NYC weekend! I normally go every season with my mom but not sure it will happen this year! The city is absolutely beautiful this time of year, make sure to fit in a quick trip to Central Park to see the foliage! Also completely agreeing on savoring the Holidays, it’s so easy to get caught up in the running around and before you know it its spring! Have a great weekend love! xoxo
