A classic black and white pairing is always a favorite combination of mine. In the summer months I love anything and everything that’s packed with colors, but I’m still all about a simple ensemble at times. Toss in a wildcard neon clutch and I’m smitten. Versions of this outfit are essentially what I run around most days in (but add a massive purse, because I carry far too many things) and this top I may be adding in every color. It’s perfect for the heat!
