fair isle sweater / cashmere socks / cashmere beanie / tuscany jacket
halfdays jacket / cordova base layers / ski pants / shearling boots / pom beanie / tech gloves / ski jumpsuit
Ski season is here! We’re headed out west next month and since I know many of y’all are also hitting the slopes, I wanted to share a roundup of favorite ski gear that I turn to year after year and some new pieces to scoop up. While I’m a beach girl at heart, I love spending a day on the mountain followed by a fun aprés ski and then relaxing in the hot tub. Bliss!
jackets: this Obermeyer jacket has been a favorite the past 5 years! Great quality & fit, keeps me warm and has plenty of interior pockets for storing the essentials. I’m also intrigued by the halfdays brand that’s been getting good reviews and has great price points for ski attire. Love this light pink jacket by them!
bottoms: for an all in one look it doesn’t get much chicer than this Cordova jumpsuit. On my wishlist! Halfdays again delivering on well-priced, highly reviewed pants in a variety of colors.
base layers: this is where you want a solid foundation for a day of warmth! These ribbed pants and top are practical and stylish. A win win! I usually add this Patagonia jacket on top as well and it keeps me super warm! Toss these ski socks into your suitcase too – no time for frozen toes.
accessories: a good helmet , ski goggles, a cashmere beanie to change into, tech gloves
off the slope style: these boots are heavenly to walk in day or night and I like that the black feels a littler “dressier” for dinner out. I change out of my ski boots as fast as I can at the end of the day! other favorites: cashmere socks for lounging by the fire, an uber chic fair isle sweater, a pom beanie, the most comfortable lounge set, faux leather leggings to pair with a cozy sweater for dinner.
