Weekly Dinner Menu

MONDAY:
french onion chicken served with right rice

TUESDAY:
Trader Joe’s bacon & brussel sprouts ravioli — I boil then lightly toss with olive oil and freshly grated Parmesan.
Served with a simple green salad

WEDNESDAY:
veggie buddha bowl — ingredients I typically use saved on my ‘food highlight’ on instagram stories & will also serve with this peanut sauce

THURSDAY:
carnita tacos — I grab this pack (actually 2 packs in 1 container – use 1 and freeze the other!) from Costco for an easy meal.
Served with Mexican street corn off the cob

SUNDAY:
creamy spinach-artichoke chicken stew

other:
Sweet Laurel’s blueberry muffins — I love her cookbook and use it regularly for  sweet treats with wholesome ingredients.
