MONDAY:
we froze the other half of the pot roast from this previous week’s menu — I’m a big fan of leftovers or making extra to freeze and pull out during busy weeks!

TUESDAY:
crispy lemon feta with spiced chickpeas and basil orzo

WEDNESDAY:
spicy tuna poke bowls
** using high grade fresh fish is a must in this recipe! I like to stop by local fish shops to get super fresh, high quality options — Abundant Seafood, Cuda-Co and Crosby’s are my favorite local spots

THURSDAY:
garam masala-rubbed lamb chops with fennel & arugula salad

SUNDAY:
Super Bowl snack time!
crispy parmesan garlic wings,  buffalo cauliflower with ranch, homemade guacamole
