Mixing posts up this week and sharing this incredibly easy corn casserole that makes a delicious Thanksgiving side dish! We always have this with our holiday meal and it’s equally as good with leftovers. Half the fun is snacking on leftovers the following days, right? If you want a simple dish that’s sure to win a crowd, this is it. Stir the 5 ingredients in a bowl, bake and voila!

Ingredients
- 1 8 oz box jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 15 oz can corn drained
- 1 15 oz can creamed style corn
- 1/2 cup butter 1 stick, melted
- 1 cup sour cream also can use greek yogurt

Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with non-stick spray
- In a large mixing bowl combine all 5 ingredients and stir to evenly combine
- Pour into 8x8 baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes
