My Favorite Things Gift Guide / Turquoise and Teale

Gift guides are here! I’m sure you’ve been seeing them pop up everywhere on social media, but I promise not to overwhelm you with a million guides and tons of options within each. I’m planning on doing around 3, with my best of the best picks. Each year I round up my favorite items from the past year and it’s something I really love putting together! Each of these items I personally own, swear by and would recommend in a heartbeat as a gift for others or for ideas for your own personal wish list 🙂

Click the “+” next to each item and it’ll take you directly to the piece!

  1. aerin scallop plates: I’d been eyeing these beautiful plates since Williams-Sonoma released them, and finally ordered  during one of their summer sales. They’re even better in person and I love that they’re still a white plate with *just* the right hint of color. You really can’t go wrong with anything from the Aerin collection!
  2. asha tallulah studs: my favorite pair of earrings 3 years running. I always get compliments when wearing them and I love that they look great with everything from t-shirt and jeans to a cocktail dress.
  3. asha flower hoops: this delicate hoop pair was a new addition this year and they’ve quickly become a go-to! They’re incredibly lightweight and the mother of pearl flower is so pretty.
  4. chappywrap blanket: I was introduced to this blanket brand in the spring and have been hooked ever since. These are seriously the best blankets – warm without being super heavy and hot, soft and machine washable. They’re also perfect for the beach!
  5. zoe lev initial necklace: after having Elle in August, Brian got me this new necklace with both girls’ initials. I love that it’s a fine chain and lettering. It layers great with other jewelry too! This never gets taken off 🙂
  6. skinceuticals c e ferulic if you have to choose only one skincare item to splurge on for 2020, make it this vitamin c serum by Skinceuticals. I notice a visible difference in the brightness and glow of my skin when using this daily before applying makeup!
  7. yeti mug: this is the only way I’m able to safely drink a cup of coffee while chasing a toddler and/or holding a baby. This gives you the feel of a mug while also keeping it hot for longer!
  8. air heart sunglasses: the quality of these sunglasses blew me away for the price tag. They feel just as nice as some of my higher end pairs! It also doesn’t hurt that they’re a favorite of Meghan Markle.
  9. charleston candle co: my favorite local candles! Made with all-natural soy wax, they don’t have any toxins, carcinogens, or pollutants in. Favorites scents- spanish moss, gold bug (seasonal), sweetgrass basket
  10. k.hall peony hand cream: I came across this brand when Brian was training in St. Louis 4 years ago and still can’t get enough of their products! This peony hand cream is uber luxe, smells amazing and is that perfect gift that people love but wouldn’t typically purchase themselves.
  11. lake pajamas: my list wouldn’t be complete without the best pajamas. I have a few pairs by the brand and sing their praises to anyone and everyone — they’re insanely soft and hold up wash after wash. Once you get a pair nothing else compares!
  12. nespresso vertuo coffee maker: this was a wedding present that we’re both still obsessed with. I rarely get coffee out because making one with this machine tastes just as good, if not better! Bonus that you can recycle their pods too.
  13. hydroflask: you’ve probably seen these all over social media, but it’s 1000% worth the hype. I’ve used this every day for over a year and really need to order another one (how pretty is this blue?). The straw feature is crucial. It really helps me get in more water than I would otherwise!
  14. boll & branch sheets: after a few bouts of picking up scratchy or thin sheets at Homegoods, I tried out a set from Boll & Branch and now won’t go back. They truly get softer with each wash and the cost per use ends up being only 50 cents a day! Use code ’50atgreenwell’ for $50 off orders $200+
  15. katherine freeman art: Katherine creates the most beautiful artwork that seamlessly fits into any space. We have a canvas piece hanging in our living room and it makes me smile every time I see it. Art that you love is such an amazing addition to your home.
  16. gucci loafers: easily one of my most worn pair of shoes. They never required time to break in and make even the simplest outfits feel chic. I sized up half a size in these.

xx

Man, I’ve resisted buying the Skinceuticals C E serum forever (surely something that’s $165 isn’t that great, right?!), but I can’t find anyone who says it doesn’t live up to the hype. Guess it’s time to put it on the Christmas list!
