I love coming across recipes that take a childhood favorite and turn it into a new treat. Case in point, this amazing recipe for s’mores cookies. I’ve made it time and time again but I think I love it more and more each time. It’s one of those recipes that makes a ton and works great for entertaining or for giving away as lots of little gifts to friends. However you do have to stay in the kitchen and be ready when the first timer goes off to get the chocolate pieces and marshmallows in. They require a bit more effort than your standard chocolate chip cookie, but take one bite into a warm cookie and it’s worth the extra work.

Your cookies are prettier. Yum. The recipe looks great. I am going to have to do this with the kids.

Not sure if you have any nieces or nephews or children with friends in your life, but am doing a mascot children’s book giveaway this week (am doing five, the have a Georgia one, of course).
